Charlie is a student in Welding Engineering Technology at Ferris State University and is in his junior year. Outside of academics, Charlie has an interest in leatherworking, mechanical keyboards, and welding. His achievements include a black belt in Taekwondo and being in various leadership positions for extracurricular groups, such as FIRST Robotics. Looking ahead, Charlie is focusing on achieving introductory engineering experience and growing a career to support his family, aiming to make a positive impact in the welding engineering field.
Julian is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University in his Junior year. Outside of academics, Julian has an interest in robotics, writing, and music production. His achievements include dean list appearances, elected positions in student organizations, and Michigan Tech Pep Band percussion section leader. Looking ahead, Julian is focusing on earning his FE and PE licenses and starting his own engineering firm, aiming to positively impact the vendor/supplier market with projects for different clients and fields that require extensive or small-scale engineering design.
Lizzy is a student currently studying Welding Engineering Technology at Ferris State University and is in her senior year. Outside of academics, Lizzy is interested in Rugby, crafts, and reading. Her achievements include being the President of the Women's Club Rugby team at Ferris and earning her associate degree in Welding Technology. Looking ahead, Lizzy is focusing on achieving her Bachelor's in Welding Engineering Technology and getting a job as a Welding Engineer, aiming to positively impact the manufacturing industry.

Evan is a student currently studying Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology at The Pennsylvania College of Technology and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Evan is interested in Hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. His achievements include competing in the 2019 National FFA competition and maintaining the dean's list throughout college. Looking ahead, Evan is focusing on achieving a bachelor's degree next spring and one day would like to open a fabrication shop, aiming to positively impact the welding industry.
Christopher recently graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Public Health. Outside academics, Chris is interested in fine woodworking, woodturning, and spending time with his family. His achievements include serving on active duty, graduating, and being a father. Looking ahead, Chris is focusing on learning everything he can about the industry, building a successful career, and making a difference in the lives of workers, aiming to positively impact environmental health, safety, and occupational health.
Sathvik is a student in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University and is in his Senior year. Outside academics, Sathvik is interested in logistics, data analysis, and golf. His achievements include earning multiple Dean's List awards and completing a competitive internship with Yazaki last summer. Looking ahead, Sathvik is focusing on achieving a successful internship experience and securing a full-time position with a major OEM in a supply chain-related field, aiming to positively impact the automotive industry.

Bella is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Macomb Community College, soon transferring to Wayne State University and is in her senior year. Outside academics, Bella is interested in starting a business, receiving an esthetician license, and getting into trading. Her achievements include being certified in lashing and brows, having revenue, and customer satisfaction. William is a student currently studying Aeronautical Systems Engineering Technology at Kent State University and is in his junior year. Outside of academics, William Campbell is interested in Sports, staying active, and golfing. His achievements include Dean’s List, Ohio State Qualifier for Wrestling, and V.P of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. Looking ahead, William Campbell is focusing on achieving his Bachelor of Science and helping the future of aviation, aiming to make a positive impact in Aeronautics.
Mitch is a student currently studying welding and fabrication technology engineering at Pennsylvania College of Technology, and he is in his junior year. Mitch is interested in Running, Fishing, and Hunting outside of academics. His achievements include placing 3rd in the Collegiate AWS welding competition and leading his team to an NCAA Div. lll Cross Country Championship. Looking ahead, Mitch is focusing on achieving certifications in multiple welding processes and eventually teaching the next generation about the skilled trades, aiming to positively impact Welding and Fabrication.
Owen is a student studying Applied Engineering at Michigan State University and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Owen is interested in Skiing, Automobiles, and Music. His achievements include appearing on the Dean's List and being elected President of the MSU Alpine Ski Team. Looking ahead, Owen is focusing on achieving experience and finding an area where he can excel, aiming to make a positive impact in the automotive industry.
Cal is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University in his senior year. Outside of academics, Cal is interested in golf, the gym, and doing anything outside. His achievements include a 3.7 college GPA and recently becoming an uncle. Looking ahead, Cal is focusing on creating important connections and finding a full-time job after college, aiming to make a positive impact in Mechanical Engineering.
Carson is a student studying industrial and manufacturing engineering at the Indiana Institute of Technology (Indiana Tech) and is in his sophomore year. Outside of academics, Carson is interested in sound systems, video games, and outdoor activities. His achievements include graduating top ten in his high school class, receiving an $18,000 annual scholarship from Indiana Tech, and maintaining exemplary grades thus far in college. Looking ahead, Carson is focusing on achieving applicable experience in industrial and manufacturing engineering and eventually establishing a full-time career with a progressive company, aiming to make a positive impact in industrial and manufacturing engineering.
Michael is a student studying Welding and Metallurgical Engineering Technology at Wayne State University and is in his Senior year. Michael is interested in exercising, camping, and attending concerts outside of academics. His achievements include being an Honor Graduate from the Ft. Lee School of Ordnance, a Specialist in the Michigan Army National Guard, and being President of the AWS Student Chapter at Wayne State. Looking ahead, Michael is focusing on achieving his Bachelor’s Degree and, in the long term, finishing his Master’s in Robotics, aiming to make a positive impact in the field of Industrial Automation.
Christa recently graduated with degrees in Psychology and Employment and Labor Relations from Wayne State University. Christa is interested in reading, cycling, and cooking outside academics. Her achievements include Being a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and doing research in Industrial Organization Psychology with Dr. Andrew Speer at Wayne State. Looking ahead, Christa is focusing on achieving an HR certification and a Master’s Degree, aiming to make a positive impact in the Human Resources field.
Ethan is a student in Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technologies, minoring in Non-Destructive Testing, at Pennsylvania College of Technology and is in his junior year. Outside of academics, Ethan is interested in fishing, gaming, and art. His achievements include receiving an AWS SMAW and GTAW certification in a 6G-6-inch sch. 80, being added to the Dean’s List his first semester at college, and receiving an associate degree in Welding Technology. Looking ahead, Ethan is focusing on achieving his bachelor’s and receiving a job offer by the end of the next academic year. He is aiming to make a positive impact in the Welding/Fabrication industry.
Eric is a student currently studying Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology, and he is in his junior year. Outside of academics, Eric is interested in rock climbing, music production, and drawing. His achievements include making the Dean's List, receiving the Donald J. Beneteau Scholarship from AWS, and being selected as a TIG welder for a Lycoming Engines project at Penn College. Looking ahead, Eric is focusing on gaining more experience using robotic welding and robots to create welds with quality and efficiency, aiming to positively impact welding engineering and fabrication.
Jonathan is a Mechanical Engineering student at Purdue University and is in his Senior year. Jonathan is interested in mountain biking, cars, and ultimate frisbee outside of academics. His achievements include winning Best Innovation at the Purdue Toy Fair, national finalist in the biomedical field at the Invention Convention, and first place in the street modified class at Owosso Autocross. Looking ahead, Jonathan is focusing on achieving a Six Sigma Certification and creating automotive industry connections, aiming to make a positive impact in Formula One.
Austin is a student currently studying Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University and is in his junior year. Austin is interested in pickleball, tennis, and volleyball outside of academics. His achievements include making the dean’s list every semester at Michigan State University and achieving the AP Scholar with Distinction Award. Looking ahead, he is focused on attaining admittance into the financial minor program and graduating with high honors from Michigan State University, aiming to make a positive impact in both the engineering and business fields.
Ethan is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Wayne State University and is in his Senior year. Outside academics, Ethan is interested in watching and traveling to Formula 1 races in the U.S., riding Jet skis with friends and family on Lake St. Clair and learning about cars and engines on his own time. His achievements include creating a gear train in CAD software, using MATLAB to solve real-world scenarios such as a shock absorber on a vehicle and the forces acting on it, and teaching himself TIG welding. Looking ahead, Ethan is focusing on understanding how plant floors run and becoming a better and more efficient problem solver in a professional workplace, aiming to make a positive impact in Mechanical Engineering.
Cameron is a student studying operations management at Ohio State University and is in his senior year for the fall of 2024. Outside of academics, Cameron is interested in soccer, wake surfing, and hiking. His achievements include working hard to get into Ohio State, his dream school, and the Fisher Business School. Looking ahead, Cameron is focusing on helping AUTOKINITON in any way possible and later graduating from school to work at a company he enjoys.
Rory is a student in Computer Science at Wayne State University and is in his Senior year. Outside academics, Rory is interested in sailing, motorcycling, and competitive video games. His achievements include learning from undergrad research projects at Wayne State and Graduating in the Fall. Looking ahead, Rory is focusing on achieving proficiency with various scripting languages and applying skills from university to real-world solutions, aiming to make a positive impact in Computer Science.
Whitney is a student studying industrial technology with a focus on drafting and design at Mississippi State University. She will be receiving her bachelor's degree in December 2024. Whitney is passionate about painting, fishing, and hunting outside academics. Her achievements include being a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society member and being named to the President's Lists at Mississippi State and Holmes Community College. Looking ahead, Whitney is focusing on learning as much as she can about the industry and how drafting plays into it, aiming to start her own career and contracting firm.
Jameson is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Lake Superior State University and is in his senior year. Jameson is interested in hunting and fishing, golfing, and watching sports outside of academics. His achievements include being a third-year intern at AUTOKINITON, being involved in his church and community, and being the technology chair of the LSSU Fish and Wildlife Club. Jameson is focusing on graduating college and using his education to improve plant efficiency and part quality within the Elkton facility.

His achievements include leading a senior design project to create an e-bike for campus use and contributing to a research project focused on improving water quality in Jackson, MS. Looking ahead, Robert is focusing on achieving the successful completion of his senior design project and securing a position in an Engineering Firm, aiming to make a positive impact in the field of engineering and technology.
Simon is a student currently studying organizational leadership at the University of Cincinnati and is in his senior year. Apart from academics, Simon is interested in Golf, Louisville athletics, and working out. His achievements include making the dean’s list, obtaining a 3.6 GPA, and obtaining an internship with this company. Kayla is a student studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering at the University of Toledo and is in her fourth year. Vrinda is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan and is in her third year. Outside academics, Vrinda is interested in RC aircrafts, trekking, and reading. Her achievements include a top 10 finish in the AIAA Design Build Fly (DBF) competition as the Mechanisms Lead, being recognized for her efforts as a Peer Mentor with the Women in Science and Engineering Residence Program, and helping establish an Entrepreneurship club at U of M. Looking ahead, Vrinda is focusing on leading her DBF project team to a top 5 finish as Team Captain and digging deeper into research with her Mechanics of Materials Lab, aiming to make a positive impact in the sustainable aviation industry.
Tim is a student studying Accounting at the University of Michigan Dearborn and is in his senior year for Fall 2024. Tim is interested in his family, fishing, and traveling outside of academics. His achievements include being promoted to Assistant Manager within six months of employment at Culver’s, getting straight As in a semester while taking 18 credit hours, and raising two beautiful children. Looking ahead, Tim is focusing on achieving his BA in Accounting and earning his Law Degree, aiming to make a positive impact in a future law career.

Diego is a student studying Information Assurance and Cyber Defense at Eastern Michigan University and is in his senior year.
